The ECOC Exhibition is the largest optical communications exhibition in Europe, held each September in a different European city, the event is the key meeting place for decision makers from across the fibre optic communications technology industry.
Flexible content management.
The ECOC website was created to showcase the annual exhibition, whilst showing highlights from previous years. Each year the site takes on a new colour scheme and logo, it allows visitors to plan their trip and grants exhibitors access to their own portal where they can manage their stand and company information.
Tilt Digital were brought on board to restructure the existing website into a more logical and simplified experience. The development of the website allows ECOC to build their own content and landing pages quickly and easily – with a range of options for layouts, colour palette selection and media integration.
The ECOC website integrates with their current exhibitors’ platform, displaying a live feed of exhibitor listings, through a daily scheduled XML feed. In addition to this, the website also integrates into MailChimp and Google Analytics.
Dynamic and responsive.
The website is fully responsive for all devices and allows ECOC to keep the site content fresh and up to date through their news articles, blog posts, press information, sponsors and event highlights.
